CREDENTIALS

I am not a traditional coach who went the coaching route education wise. I am currently getting my Master’s in Clinical Social Work. I will be receiving my degree May 2019. I have a huge passion for helping others achieve the goals to improving their relationship with their mental health. Below are some of my credentials that can show that I have experience helping others achieve their goals and also some other skills I have. Client Experience

Memorial Hospice and Home Care; Yakima, WA

Clinical Social Work Intern

  • Assess, evaluate, and coordinate new client admissions for a racially diverse population of terminally ill hospice patients and families.

  • Develop and implement a plan of care in collaboration with the Hospice Interdisciplinary Team.

  • Assess the appropriateness of Hospice services for each patient.

  • Evaluate patient and their families’ needs through timely assessment, communication and observation and modify their individualized care plan based upon the patient’s and families’ responses.

  • Coordinate terminally ill hospice patient with community resources when needed.

  • Security clearance for work with confidential case files including entering data, filing, copying, and other Administrative work.

Merit Resource Services; Ellensburg, WA

Clinical Social Work Intern

  • Assessed, evaluated, and coordinated new client admissions for a racially diverse population of adults and teens with substance use addictions.

  • Administered, facilitated, and coordinated a Seeking Safety Group which helps those who are suffering from both PTSD and addiction.

  • Administered, facilitated, and coordinated individual monthly care plan meetings with adult clients.

  • Administered, facilitated, and coordinated individual weekly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy sessions with adult clients.

Administrative Experience

WA State Dept. of Social and Health Services; Olympia, WA

Economic Services Division Administrative Assistant

  • Exercised my expert skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint to create various spreadsheets and complete various projects that were used by the Chief of Communications.

  • Created a physical and electronic filing system for the Communications Team in the Economic Services Administration under Dept. of Social and Health Services.

  • Coordinated events, meetings, and travel arrangements for the Chief of Communications.

  • Maintained multiple email accounts and calendar for the Chief of Communications.

  • Trained two interns for the summer of 2017 Dept. of Social and Health Services Internship program.
